Refund Policy

Monthly Subscriptions
No refunds are issued for partial months. When you cancel your monthly subscription, you retain full access to the platform until the end of your current billing period.
Annual Subscriptions
A prorated refund is available if you contact us within 30 days of your annual purchase. After 30 days, no refunds are issued — but you retain access for the remainder of your annual term.
Free Trials
If you cancel before your 7-day trial ends, you will not be charged. If you were charged because you forgot to cancel before the trial expired, contact us within 7 days of the charge for a full refund.
